MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS COUNTRY, INCOMPETENCE, LIES ETC

Vodacom is the worst Company to have a cellphone account with. The service is non-existant. Yes this is almost my 10th review of the worst Company in this country. Dont buy from them, dont support them. I made payment arrangements on email, black & white on suggestion of the Customer Care centre to find out after 3 months that what they suggested did not even exist. They suspended my account on Sunday not even finding out what the situation is and eversince I cant get hold of Vodacom, only gets a message saying they will call me back since 8 this morning. How can we pay your account if we as a business cant communicate. I am going to sue Vodacom for not being able to earn a living due to their incompetence of service. I am beyond fedup making calls explaining myself of payments that we arranged to be made on the 7th of each month. Now I am suspended and is losing client business due to their incompetence. You dont even care about the people that has been loyal to you for almost 30 years.
