MOST ********** SERVICE FROM VODACOM

This is probably my 4th bad review for vodacom. It is not just traumatic having to spend so much time writing these over and above the time wasted but it's the shear lack of vodacoms understanding of what service delivery actually means. I just hope that the people who read this stay clear cos I'm probably on my 9th service request from vodacom with the same promise that a technician will come out only to be ignored. Not a single manager supervisor or senior person has taken a minute to resolve this. NOT ONE. M6 last call to these people were over an hour long. Still waiting
