Most heartless and careless company on Earth

This is more a disappointment review than a complaint. I've been a Vodacom contract customer sooooo many years and if i had to give it a rating out of a hundred, I would give a 0.Me and our small business stood with Vodacom through our good and bad days. All this time I've been treated like a rotten number and can only say Vodacom is sooooo heartless and cares NOTHING. All they care about is their money and to see how much more they can still get out of you. Any other company at least tries and something good could be said about them. God help me and give me wisdom with my next contracts that I won't be fooled by Vodacom, again, Even if I have to pay 3 times more for my airtime and data in future with another company, it will be all worth it. Yes I did give you a 5 star, that's if anyone cares to read my review. ..... maybe just maybe this will change the attitude of just 1 Vodacom employee and make him/her start caring. Regards
