Vodacom is the worst company to do business with in South Africa! In January I was ****med by one of their online sales people who sold me a new contract for a laptop but when I received the device, the specs did not match what the sales person sold me. I immediately contacted Vodacom to cancel the contract and return the device. The device was collected and the contract was never activated. Vodacom has billed me twice for this contract and has taken the money from my account. I have emailed and phoned multiple times - emails get ignored and when phoning, I have to spend hours to explain and be transferred from one *********** person to the next only to be promised that the cancellation was processed and I will be refunded for the incorrect amount billed. I am now being billed again for this contract that was cancelled and I am beyond fed up with this company that is supposed to be a major tech company but operates like a government institution!
