Most atrocious service -Vodacom Repair Shop Cresta
On 18th Feb, my husband handed in my CORPORATE device to be tested for out of box failure. Nkosinathi, booked the phone in but failed to give him a Job code. He told my husband that it was fine to leave the phone and he would book it in. On Friday 20 Feb, when my husband called, Nkosinathi told him that he had no idea what he was referring to and that he should give him the IMEI number. I then call the store and was put through to a lady named Lillian who asked me for the job code. I mentioned no job sheet was given and that I did not have the job code. Fortunately I had made a duplicate copy of the phone invoice when I received it from my Corporate Vodacom Store, and thus had the IMEI number. I then gave Lillian the IMEI number and she mentioned that she would email me back with the job code, and indicate when the stock for the Blackberry Z3 would arrive. In short it has been 1 week, and no contact from anyone at the store. I called on Monday and was told stock would arrive on Wednesday and to pick up the phone on Friday. I called today and was told nothing can be done, and I have to wait for stock, despite my job being dependent on having a phone!! The staff just DONT CARE :(
