More than a year of trying to close my account.

I have been trying to be rid of Vodacom fiber for more than a year now. I moved out of the residence in Feb 2018 and I tried to transfer my account to the current resident.

Nov - 2017: Call to transfer my account. Informed the quickest way is to go into a store. Went to store, they do not do transfers in store. Called a few times and got all documentation in order. Dec - 2017: Do the transfer and send documentation. Informed it would take 3 months to transfer. Feb - 2018: No response call again weekly to enact transfer, the December transfer isn't on record. Enact a new transfer. May - 2018: No answer on the transfer. still being billed by Vodacom. Tell Vodacom to close the account and refund me. June - 2018: Vodacom refunds me for 2 months only (SR180 ********** 75) August - 2018: Still being billed for fiber. Close account again. (SR180 ********** 28) September - 2018: Account finally closed and not being billed anymore (Because I realized I could stop the debit orders if I unauthorize Vodacom, should have done this in Feb). Ask to transfer credit currently in account to my bank account. (SR181 ********** 17) October-December 2018: Call weekly to check on status, call centre can only send emails and say they cant do anything themselves. Refund has been approved on November 17 but nothing has been credited to my Bank account.

Please, I just want to be rid of this I'm so sick of Vodacom.

I doubt that seeing as Vodacom did not call me. Also I have heard this response before from the call centre.
