More terrible network coverage

My third report. Still nothing has been done. We struggling daily. Many already changed over to mtn. Pity mine is a contract so i cant yet. Have 4 vodacom numbers and all are terrible. Edge is as good as your phone being off. 'H' wont even send a whatsapp message. And to get H+ i need to stand on the roof, and that also stops working after a few seconds. 1 or 2 people call from vodacom. Make promises and nothing happens. The one person wanted me to spend over R1000 and said MAYBE the network will be better. I cant payfor your had network. I sent an email about 4 times already with my cellphone numbers, and when they call tomorrow I'm sure they'll ask again. Please stop advertising LTE because its even beyond what we can dream of here.
