More lies from VODACOM

After complaining twice before I was contacted (must say by 4 different employees from vodacom all confirming that I will receive my order today and RAM couriers will deliver today. again nothing .Again contacting your call centre.obtaining a waybill nr and RAM telling me they don't have a waybill nr like that.Again .No VODACOM.This is seriously pathetic.
