More empty promises from vodacom
One day after I wrote my last review I was contacted by a vodacom consultant. I explained my concerns to him and he said that he will look into it and give feedback. This was 2 weeks ago and still no feedback received from vodacom. All they do is make empty promises to clients. I have been a client of vodacom for several years now but I am not sure if they deserve my loyalty.
