More bad service and inconvenience from Vodacom

My first experience with Vodacom was a bad one when I opened a contract two years ago. Vodacom did not have stock of the phone I chose which took a week to arrive at the store and they failed to activate the sim which took another week to be resolved. Two years on I am due for a contract renewal but somehow Vodacom found a way to mess it all up again. This time, the phone I chose had no deal but the shop ordered the phone but failed to tell me that there was no deal for the phone.
After much correspondence and two phone calls from Vodacom by two different people still no deal for the HTC M9 and no upgrade. I eventually resigned to the fact that I have never had customer satisfaction from Vodacom. I then decided that I will cancel my contract in September this year along with an additional 263 business contracts that my company has with Vodacom as and when they conclude.
I thought that my problems with Vodacom were over but how wrong I was. Tonight I got a message on my phone for a debit from Vodacom for my account. The debit is about 10 days late which is not the first time but the third time this has happened which is unprofessional and unacceptable. Vodacom expects me to pay my account every month and I expect Vodacom to debit me on the agreed day of the month so that funds will be available.
I will now be penalised for no funds being available and this will also affect my rating with the bank.
It is clear that the management at Vodacom is *********** and there is a real need for change. Thank you once again Vodacom for the bad service and inconvenience you have caused me. I am waiting with excitement and anticipation for September it will be a day to celebrate.
