Monthly package not loaded on my cellphone

Vodacom didn't load my monthly package as agreed on the contract. This is happening for the second time. The first time I had to write to Hello Peter first then they loaded it and promised that it won't happen again. I phoned the helpdesk which shifted the blame to the section responsible for loading the package.
