Monthly airtym

A month ago I bought Sumsang A6 as additional contra to my husband's existing contra, I had Flexi U-choose for R200 per month, but end of Aug my airtime was not loaded and was sent from pillar to post by Vodacom saying that it is technical error which it took 3days to rectify all they had to do was to load R200 on my new phone only was loaded after we called Vodacom every day and my husband said he will go to hello Peter and also wanted to speak to superior.<br> <br> I am not happy at all with this service of which I ask myself will it be like this every month they will fail to load my airtime as promised - what if I was running a business and didn't have data?
