Monthly Airtime Credit missing

Good day,

I'm on a uChoose Flexi package 200. My airtime was not credited this morning therefore after holdiong for 20 minutes for a agent to take my query. I gave her my credentials and she checked on a system for something like 5minutes constantly puting me on mute. When I confirmed if there was someone on the line, she kept on telling me how they are experiencing technical glitches.

She did her investigation and told me that the airtym was credited and depleted due to my data charges. Realllyyyyyy ????? I have wifi at home and my Mobile data only gets activated as soon as I move out of range from my home. She didnt sound very technical and I actually had to tell her how wifi and mobile data operates on a mobile device. I had a balance of R2 something yesterday 28/02/2017 which is whats still left on my phone today 01/03/2017. If her explanation was correct, Why do I not have a 0.00 balance?

She came back later after I asked for the supervisor(who was busy) or manager(also not available) to tell me that they will credit me with complimentary airtime of R200. Who is doing who a favour? Dont make it sound like you are doing me a favour as I am paying for a service and I exect you are my Service provider to deliver that service.

Fix this asap.

Victor

**********
