Good day.<br> <br> I went into your vodacom store in crests a few weeks ago to have my 2 gb data per month cancelled, and have a 5 gb per month activated. The lady called the call centre. They said that on the 1st of July, the 2gb will be cancelled, and the 5 gb will be activated. <br> <br> Could you please confirm if they have CANCELLED the 2gb month to month because I have just checked my balances, and my 5gb has still not been used. I have a feeling that they have activated the 5gb without cancelling the 2gb.<br> <br> I will be furious if I am billed for both when my debit order goes through on the 1st of next month. I would also like to cancel my insurance on the same number. Could someone please contact me in this regard.<br> <br> Cell number in question: ***
