Month-to-month contract deal

Please be careful of vodacom migration packages. When your contract deal is over, they will call to offer a month-to-month migration package deal. To end the month-to-month contract deal is a tedious process you have to pay for a cancelling fee of which I don't understand. This is an ongoing **** to reap us hard earned money. I have being trying to cancel my contract with no luck. Every month the deduct money from my bank, as they are still investigating. I need to cancel this deal immediately
