Money whent up in smoke

Today i tried to top up my wifi. So i transferred airtime from my bank to the wifi sim. Then i tried to top up my data from the Vodacom website. Then i got a message an error has ocured please try again later. So i did. And guess what. No money was left on the sim, and no data was topped up on the account. So its seems that this was the ideal getaway to get some money. How much money get stollen each day. And if the money is not bad enough. I have been complaining about a extremely bad signal at de Wildt. After one year, nothing is done. On tv there is an advert of vodacom being the fastest network provider in sa. But the way i see it, its false advertising.
