Money ********ly taken from my account by Vodacom!!!!

Every month my billing is different ever since I received a sim upgrade (not a handset upgrade) which would cost me R99 per month. In February I was debited R279 and when calling in they said it was because of the upgrade Sim fee. Then again on the a 2/5/2019 debit of R282 was taken off my account. What is going on!!! There is always a problem with Vodacom billing. I am only supposed to pay Less than R100 per month. I am now demanding that you pull up the recorded telephone conversation with the sales person. I clearly remember saying that I do not want to pay 1 cent more than the agreed amount. I suggest you reimburse me for monies that what not agreed upon. If this is not resolved by the end of today I will go and lay a charge of theft against Vodacom!!!!! Further I will report Vodacom and call the Consumer Council!!I honestly don't know why I even bother to continue with Vodacom!!! Once my 2 x contracts are up, I don't want to deal with Vodacom ever again!!!! This is not the first time this has happened.
