Money to be deposited back into my account

The contract i had with vodacom was finally cancelled thanx to hellopeter now i was informed by cancellation department that it wud take 7-14 days for the money to b paid back into my account. I also e-mailed Verna proof of another account which they had billed me and i did not hv a contract wit them. I also raised the issue that when i got the faulty G3 i put on a screen protector of 150 at LG century city. I also bought a pouch for 169.99 which i only used for 6 days a d the pbone went back. The pouch is just collecting dust n no one seems to wa t to adress that issue. The scree protector was with the phone that they took back. I am so so tired of this. I hv been communicating via e-mail i asked her to update me gesterday n sbe informed it takes 7-14 days n i told her the 14th day is today stil nothing
