Money ******* And lying staff

hello Peter, i would like to lay a complaint against Vodacom. I have been experiencing a issue regarding my signal since November last year. I logged numerous calls and decided to let it go until now. I once again logged numerous calls since Monday morning 17/07/2017. Every time i was promised a call was logged and that a consultant will revert back to me to provide an update regarding the signal problem. No one phoned me back an only after i made numerous additional calls(and posted on their Facebook page)then only did i get a reference number. I called again later during the day to request an update, just to receive an sms stating "Thank you for your support. Your query with ref number 1- ********** ********** has been closed. Visit www.vodacom.co.za/help from your PC or cellphone. Thank you, Vodacom". nothing has been done to the problem. As i informed Vodacom that i work for myself and if i cannot do my work (seeing that im a transport broker , my phone is the way i arrange loads ect.) i can't generate an income, if im not generating an income i wont get paid, if i dont get paid i cant pay Vodacom. I have 3 contacts that i cant use and had to get an private internet provider to install wifi just to complete my work. I asked them what the fee would be for an early termination of contract and they said R31 000.00 (estimated) , how can they force me to pay that if they can't even provide the services that they pride themselves on of being the best network provider in South Africa and saying that they have 90%+ coverage over SA?? And also they say they will pay you back for dropped calls, when can i expect my money?? What can be done in this matter as Vodacom just sends an sms and refuse to help their customers?

Regards

Eugene Williams
