money *******!

<p>In the month of May I was called by an After sales consultants who offered me a WiFi modum contract which I accepted I was advised that I will be able to cancel the contract within 7 days if I was not satisfied with the product. Once the WiFi modum was delivered I called and asked them to cancel the contract and collect the device. This happened in space of 2 days from the time of the conversation and delivery of the product. I have an existing contract with Vodacom and the WiFi modum number was linked to my existing account. I've been paying for a WiFi modum that I don't have in my possession, I was advised at the time that the contract could not be cancelled because Vodacom had upgraded to a C3D system and all contracts on this system was unable to be cancelled. I was also advised that Vodacom is still looking for a solution to cancel these contracts and I would be updated with the progress of cancellation. It took them 4 months to cancel the contract and eventually when it was cancelled, instead of doing a 14 day cancellation they did a premature cancellation which is ultimately costing me money . I'm due for a refund which I still haven't received but for the past 2 months my account has been debited with R1900 for what I do not know. Every time I call I'm advised that it's internal issues which is not my damn problem. I want my refund! A service request was logged on 28 September but nothing has been done instead they keep debitting my account for something I don't have in my possession . This was the sms I got I need this **** to be sorted out or will take it a step further (Your query has been escalated to a support specialist.
