My monthly charge increased from R221.50 per month to R271 per month. When I queried, I was advised that my contract allows for these amendments WHICH IT DOES NOT! I have received my contract and nowhere does it state that Vodacom is allowed to change my monthly fee as they please!!
I need my monthly charge corrected to the original R221.50 AS PER THE LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT!!
