Money taken without providing service!

<p>I have been living at the same address since May 2005 and have been a Vodacom client for over 20 years. The signal at this address was not good from this date but we could move around the house and pick up signal. More recently (about 6 months ago) the signal has deteriorated to a level whereby the Vodacom signal is non-existent to a pathetic/unusable signal. At this point I need to state that I live in a built-up suburb which is part of Sandton.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained to Vodacom about this issue on 13 September 2016 (REF: 1- ********** 6608). Received a call from someone in "Technical" 2 days later promising that they will come to my residence and take signal strength readings to resolve the issue. Nothing happened since then. Made a follow up call on 22 November 2016 and spoke to Solly who indicated that the same REF number has been escalted to the manager in charge of Technical. Nothing has happened. Both myself and and wife are on contracts with Vodacom and do not receive any call and neither can we make calls unless if we stand at a particular spot outside our dwelling. I have lost all my prepaid data for my iPad due to not being able to use it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom is only too happy to "*****" our money on a montly basis and are not prepared to resolve the issue. I am totally annoyed at their service.</p>
