The frustration of paying of your cellphone contract only for them to debiting your account anyway, I demand my refund back and swear to never taking a contract with them again

At this point in time , I need exact time and date of when I’m getting my refund, because once yall say you are “escalating” and closing the case that’s when they forget about you… I WANT MY REFUND, I was told to expect it on Thursday!!!!
