Money out of my account and next thing my name is on ITC, WOW vodacom really?????

Someone took a cellphone contract on my name last year in May, +-R165 was deducted from my account in May and I didn't check what it was for and R+-R750 was deducted the following month and that is when I went to the bank to investigate for what this is and they showed me that the ref number/name was "vodacom", they reversed the money because I don't have anything to do with vodacom. The bank consultant advised me to go to vodacom and I went to vodacom Bloemfontein (Loch logan), where I was. The lady that assisted me was rude and was adamant that I'm the one who took the contract. After arguing someone from vodacom advised that I go to the police station and make an affidavit and also obtain 3 months bank statement from my bank, which I did all those things and I submitted everything to them and I realised after months that nothing has changed, which I went to Vodacom in King William's Town and they processed all the docs and issued me with a ref no (Vodacom ref no: EC-0447-2CGODC) and they had promised that it will take 3 months to be sorted, however I app**** for a job at one of the big companies and according to the finger print results my name is on ITC (vodacom:+-R12k).

I just called Vodacom today and I spoke to Aphelele Gabayi and he transferred me to the Legal Department which I spoke to Ziphilile Marareni and she had promised me that this will be sorted end of next month (end of May 2017).

It's almost a year now, I'm the one calling vodacom to sort out this and the lady in bfn was rude, I fail to understand, because I'm sure there are processes in place to an sure such don't happen. I mean they should have taken up with the person that processed the stuff when this contract was taken, they even said I lived in PTA, which is not the case and they didn't even do an employer confirmation, because vodacom couldn't even tell me or show me which documents they had of me.
