Money dissapeared

on the 2nd of December 2018 i bought airtime via my capitec account for an amount of R100. i received a notification from capitec fro the R100 deduction, but i did not receive the Airtime. I waited for 10 minutes still nothing. I bought another one of R100, because i needed it ASAP but then i received the second airtime. I waited for the whole day on the 2nd for the correction from Capitec or Vodacom but still nothing. On the 4th of January i called Capitec to tell them what happened, but they told me they were back locked and i waited for 2 weeks with no answer. In January 2019 i called Capitec again, still there was a run around then finally i received an SMS from them saying that, they processed the request on their side i need to contact my service provider which is Vodacom.

I then contacted Vodacom on the 11th of February 2019, the guy who was busy with the investigation was Maahier Davids, he sent me an SMS saying that he has completed the investigation and i need to contact the Cellular department of my bank to resubmit my recharge request to their service provider. He then gave me the contact details of all the banks.

what should i do now? i am being sent from pillar to post. Capitec says Vodacom and Vodacom says Capitec. Where is my money?
