MONEY DEDUCTED IN MY BANK BUT NO DATA LOADED

I used vodapay app to purchase data for work with my last money on my bank, R299 was deducted on vodapay app but no data and when I called vodapay call centre I was told it's an error that happens and I need to wait for 4 to 7 days for them to reverse my R299. Vodacom is just a useless company all I need is my refund and never ever going to use them in future. I advised them it was my work data that I was buying but I was told there is nothing they can do for me just need to wait 4 tons days.
