Money atolen

Brooklyn mall branch just stole R450 of my money. Paid for an advanced data transfer to new phone. Not done by a long shot. Alex, the store manager refused to give a refund. Vodacom head office is aware of all the negative reviews this branch has, but does nothing to resolve the problem. Other than buying a new phone, do not do any business with this branch
