Mohamed Shameel Aziz Joosub and Till Streichert.....Your PERSONAL input would be appreciated

I have been a customer of Vodacom since the inception of mobile techology in South Africa.(1994) (The days of Allan Knott Craig and Joan Joffe). These founders would never have entertained this nonsense.

After perusing my accounts I noticed this month for the first time that i have been charged for Vodacom Live services since December 2017 varying amounts from R270 to R300 a month. I checked my 24 month airtime contract (Red Vip Contract) and nowhere on the contract can i find any authorisation given to Vodacom to charge this service to my account.

I have tried a no of times to call Vodacom to sort this matter out but its an impossible laborious task.....you hold for quite a while before being served by someone who gives you a reference and tells you they will refer it to the back office for investigation.

I think it is an absolute disgrace the way these corporate giants just think they can bully you and get away with it.

I have tried to get through personally to the CFO Till Streichert to ascertain if he is aware of this, but the staff at the main board have no idea of who he is. Quite sad when you call a company and reception have no idea of whose in management. The classic case of management hiding behing the iron veil....unreachable...untouchable

This type of financial "racket" obviously stems from the top. Its impossible that the Directors dont know about it. This "racket" could possibly be the **** of the century. Millions of South Africans being billed for added services they didnt subscibe to, are unaware of and furthermore without their consent in writing . An amazing stream of revenue.

I wonder how it will look if the public decided to take the CEO or CFO to the small claims court or report this "racket" to the Consumer Commisioner, Nose Week Magazine or The Financial Times.

Its time to inform the public and go viral with this money making ****. Let Social Media be the judge.

A friendly consultant called me today to resolve my issue. It was agreed that i would receive a credit. The billing in question was was as follows: Jan R5.04 Feb - 00.00 March 269.95 April 309.93 May 301.04 June 310.16 July 288.45 Aug 261.17 Sept 301.97 Oct 300.15 TOTAL R2347.86 including VAT I was initially refunded R1532.98 and the a further R677.43 totalling R2210.41 Thats a difference of R137.41 What happened to that amount. Business Principles?? Over charge a million subscibers by that small amount and.....it runs into millions....once again into somebodys back pocket. Would like to ask the CFO what happened to my R137.41
