Modifying phone content without my consent
Hi there,

I recently purchased a new cellphone. As soon as i popped my Vodacom sim card in the phone, I was bombarded with a bunch of applications that i never gave consent to install. My wallpaper was changed to a Vodacom wallpaper, my lockscreen was changed to a Vodacom wallpaper, and I had no way of uninstalling the bloatware applications. One of the apps installed has access to literally everything on my phone. I am not ok with this. How can i remove your nonsense software from my brand new phone.
