I bought a 3Gmoderm at wonderpark vodacom last week friday 26 feb 2016. I returned it on sunday the 28 feb becouse i could not insert the sim card. Sim card slot damaged.<br> They took it for assesment and called me today to say that they cannot fo anything becouse it was a physical damage. Firstly i do not understand how i can damage the sim slot in 1 or 2 days ans deliberatly do that after spending R500 on the moderm. <br> I called the shop and waited on the line for 8 minutes for the manager untill i dropped the call.<br> Later i called vodacom customer centre to cancell all my vodacom contract immediatly and they also cannot help me to cancell. I have to wait till next surtaday to cancell.<br> I am a vodacom customer for the past 10 years and the service i got from them is making me not to have anything to do with them anymorr
