Mobile Wi-Fi 216

My Name is Mr P. Naicker - Cell: *** and I visited the Chatsworth Centre branch of Vodacom over a month ago and app**** for a mobile wi-fi 216. The young girl at the counter took all my details and never proceeded with my order. I went back to the store and spoke to another assistant who told that this young girl has been tranferred to JHB, She again took my details and over a week nothing has happened to my order. I went into the store today about an hour ago and was greeted in a very unprofessional way by the staff. Vodacom Chatsworth staff is such a joke, they need to be either reprimanded or dismissed because of their unprofessionalism and arrogance towards customers. I have been dealing with this branch now for over 5 years and the previous staff were on the ball. Please revert back to me on my order.... *** or e-mail: [Email Removed]
