Mobile number deleted by vodacom.

Vodacom service is just unbelievable. I've been with the network for over 2 decades now. I have a Sim card that was taken on contracts in 2013 and has been active everyday since..until the 26th of June..when my contract came to an end and the contract was canceled by vodacom. And deleted of the system..without any correspondence to me..or any communication.

They delete a number that I've been using for many many years..thats actively linked to all my platforms.

I've contacted customer service and they advised me2 go to a store to Rica Sim.. to no avail..it's been 10 days now..and vodacom has been ignoring my query.

Is it legal to delete someone of the network ? Without concent? And who can I report this to? And ombudsman or someone that can assist to resolve this before my number gets re issued to someone else
