Mobile line blocked

Frustrated and disappointed by Vodacom ,Vodacom blocked my numbered that I'm using for my small business for nothing,I try to comply with what they ask me to do but now ,their system is failing to unblock my Number,I've been using the same number for over 10 years now,this year alone I've registered the number with Rica twice,after losing my phone and after *******,my number is full compliying with Rica,Now is 5 days still blocked,their IT is failing to see pick the problem and now I'm stuck I can't call out,I've been in Vodacom shop in Bedford square for two days trying to unblock ,I was told that the problem affected several clients I'm not alone,I've also try cresta mall in Randburg,same story their system said my number doesn't match with ID,the guy who was helping me at cresta said that Vodacom is aware with the problem but the bad thing is that they don't know when it will be resolved,now in stuck.after being loyal to Vodacom for so long this is how they say thank you to me.
