Mobile delivered with NO accessories

i ordered my upgrade via Vodacom Online.<br> <br> The only thing in the box was the phone - no headphones / no charger / no screen cover.<br> <br> It is now 3 weeks!!! since letting you know and you have still done nothing.<br> <br> This is appalling.<br> <br>
