Mobile Data Network

Your mobile data network in my area has been negatively affected since 20.11.2017. My area is Secunda, in Mpumalanga. (I am not the only affected person. I've had a ton of complaints from various Vodacom customers) I have called Vodacom about 3 times. They did everything, from resetting upgrade on my SIM card, internet settings, carrier settings etc etc. The thing is that the problem is not on my side, as again, I know a ton of people who have been complaining.

Problem as follows: Mobile Data Network switches from 4g to 3g randomly. Problem is, when it shows 3g there is just no connectivity. I have to manually go and switch it back from 3g to 4g, and then it only works for a couple of minutes before switching back to 3g, and subsequenlty, no connectivity.

Please assist, as this is very frustrating, not to mention we as the customers are now effectively paying you for a service that is not working.
