Mobile data

I take out a mobile contact for me and my wife it is a Flexi 175 top up contract and they gave us 2gig data for free for 24 months for both fones and March we did not receive the 2gig data .l phone them and ask why we did not receive our data they sead they wil follow it up gave me a case number and gave us 2gigs of data for solong that they can sort the problem they newer call me back for the outcome the firs of April we didn’t receive our 2 gig data again i call them again and they gave me a case number they wil call me back and they didn’t call me i send them a e-mail they call me back and say someone will call me and no one call me till now .what can i do The mobile numbers are *** and *** Thank you Johan I take out the contracts because they offerd us 2 gigs off data
