Mobile Academy charges I have not signed up for!?

For a while now my airtime has just been disappearing, and I couldn't understand what was happening. Yesterday I bought airtime again to test ot out, with all of my data being switched within less than 15min my R29 was gone. I did the same today, loaded R55 airtime and within less than half an hour all of my airtime was gone again, without using any of it. I went to Vodacom and first got told my software needs to be updated, which was untrue as I checked it myself and they referred me to the Vodacom data store which said it was up to date as I believed it was. They then checked for "WASPS" or something, uncertain if that's what it's called. They then found out that I was subscribed to a service called Mobile Academy that takes R10 airtime a day, since the 16th of March. I remember receiving a msg on that day thanking me for subscribing to their service, which I DID NOT DO! I immediately unsubscribed, and received an sms stating that I did. Yet, they could see that since the 16th of March each and every day, they hve been taking my money for something I did not subscribe to and have no idea I even was subscribed to! How can this be possible? That they are getting away with just taking our money like this, that's atleast R1650!
