On the 9 July I foned costomer care at vodacom to complain about 4 issues... Alvin Nicholson from vodacom asked me if I have time to talk with him and he wil sort out all my problems... It took a bit of time as he had to delete and reactivate stuff on my profile, delete 7 old non exsisting numbers and add everything to my new number and activate my caller line... Alvin is so professional and patient with his customers as I am a bit teknologie dum.... He even phoned me back at 7pm at night to make sure that my vodacom app is working 100%.... NOW THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
