Two months before my contract ends i send a cancellation letter as thy request. Thy never cancel my contract after i phone them and the amount was R491 the account was handover. After 10 months i pay the account and was removed from ITC and receive a paid up letter the put me back on ITC and said i didn't pay, my score drop. Can thy please instruct the persons that work for Vodacom to do they work right and not to f@@k thy clients personnel live up
