My name is Imbran Samduth and my identity number is ***, I received and call from a guy who stated that he is calling from the Vodacom sales team and I have qualified to get a contract with Vodacom and I agreed and towards the end of the call I told the guy and I must have my number on contract and he said that he has clicked enter and when I receive the phone I must go to a Vodacom store and they will assit me in bringing the number over and I went to a Vodacom store and was told that cannot be done , I later found out that the sales agent works for homemark afrizon and not Vodacom as he stated , I have been billed and I called Vodacom and was told that the phone will be picked up by a courier company and that I must resign up, but it has been 2 weeks and no one has come to pick up the phone , please contact me asap or I am going to reverse the payments that you take from my account.
