Mission Impossible: Lift the "softlock"!!

I have had this account since 1998. Even though the account was opened in my father's name, I was the paying account holder, my bank account number got debited. We tried once to transfer the account to my name but Vodacom advised they never recevied the completed paperwork from the branch in Brooklyn, Pretoria. Aag, so we just gave up. My father passed away in February this year and of course we duly informed Vodacom. Of the options offered, we chose to transfer the account to my name and continue with the current contracts. Goodness, only more than 2 weeks later and visits to the Brooklyn branch did we get confirmation of the change. The average monthly bill amounts to R800 - R900, yet Vodacom thought it prudent to apply a R500 Credit Limit?? This results in: "MANDATORY ACCOUNT LIMIT REACHED - SUBSCRIBERS SOFTLOCKED". This sms we receive EVERY evening around 20:16. Daily calls to Vodacom has not resolved the problem, inspite of their assurance that the Credit Limit has been raised adequately. I am sick of not being able to use any of the four cellphones or the tablets. I am sick of the incredible administrative bungling, red tape and incompetence. The organisation has clearly become so big that no one knows what the other is doing. Shame on you.
