Missing/****** data

Yesterday at 14:07 I purchased 1G data and R29 airtime, after the purchase I was on the road driving, NOT touching my phone just to find out a half an hour later when I reached my destination that all my data and airtime was depleted! What on earth!!

I have now heard one to many stories of Vodacom just making people’s data disappear, I can’t put data every few minutes just because Vodacom decides to take it in an instant without one touching their phones. And no, all my apps and everything that can possibly eat data is switched as a vodacom shop assistant did that.

I want my data refunded!!!!

I have already logged a call but he chances of you guys responding is zero! You will have some lame excuse as to why you don’t want to refund me so you want to expect me to just continue to buy data and it dissappearing hey!!
