Missing: Service

I have been struggling for months trying to get a device through vodacom and everytime I get zero help in doing so. The call centre is useless and the agents very unfriendly and unhelpful. Previous online applications responses were that application was never recieved or that there is another application on the system that i must cancel or we offline. The latest application i sent through all my documents on the 18th and I am still waiting. *********** as they are i get phoned today to ask if i was assisted with my application. For all this **** vodacom might as well give me the device for free for my determination these past six months to just get a device. Useless.
