missing money
<p>i have a problem they deduct money to subcribe to showmax then showmax say that i have not have the premuim package so then vodacom say they will refund y money and then nothing happens when i phone after a week they say they will give me discount on something thats nt the point i need the R99 back so i can resubcribe to showmax but vodacom does not care what can i do i know its only R99 but i am one person for every 10 people how many money does not get lost and we just cant do anything i have been a vaodacom customer for over 15 years and this is what i am nothing just nothing and the amount of money i spend at vodacom per month and they just cant help me out really guys</p>
