MISSING MINUTES - *********** STAFF

I loaded a just4u voice bundle (R45 for 60mins for 7 days - voda to voda) on the 24th of May. On the 30th of May (7th day) Vodacom took out my contract minutes instead of the just4u minutes. I called and queried this. I spoke to Mbali (supervisor) and was advised that the minutes did go missing and that she would reimburse me R50. I said that was insufficient for 60 contract minutes and asked that the query be escalated. When I called back the next day, I spoke to Mpho who said she would reimburse me R60 and R10 additional for the inconvenience. Frustrated and fed up with the pathetic service, I accepted the R70 but advised the supervisor that I was unhappy because calls are charged at R1.85 per minute. If you calculate the R1.85 x 60 minutes it equals to R111 so R41 is still outstanding. The same query has been escalated and every few days I receive a message saying they are working on it or that it has been resolved BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I loaded the same bundle, R45 for 7 days on the 6th of June and today 12th June, my minutes went missing again (I had 162 minutes at the beginning of the day, I made calls amounting 12 minutes which would leave me with 150 minutes which I CHECKED AT 18:37) . I called the customer service and spoke to Simangele and she advised me that I had used up my 60 just4u minutes for the day and that the system wasn't updated so that's the reason I saw 150 MINUTES and then 108MINUTES. I was unhappy with that assessment because Simangele insisted the query could not be escalated and that i WOULD HAVE TO PAY R25 FOR AN ITEMISED BILLING TO SEE THAT SHE WAS RIGHT AND THAT I USED ALL THOSE MINUTES so I called back. I spoke to Naledi and she advised me that I had spoke for over 60 just4u minutes plus over 60 CONTRACT MINUTES. In total, I have spent more than 3 HOURS calling customer service and I am now completely IRATE. I need this to be resolved because it is frustrating to have to deal with *********** people on a weekly basis. Please assist. Calculate my minutes and see what happened to it. Thank you.
