Missing minutes and data

Good day. Vadacom is taking my data and minutes as per my contract. They don't carry over my balance from the last month and I pay for it every month. I spoke to an agent by the name of larato and she just say that it expires every month. It does not say that when I took out my contract.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Voice, SMS and Data bundles allocated on uChoose Smart/Smart Top Up+ and RED Top Up+ price plans will have a carry-over of 1 calendar month post the allocation month. Voice minutes carried over on migration from another Vodacom bundled price plan will be subject to the same carry-over rule. All unused bundles at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
