Noted that my last review where your company called me back and I asked you to assist me via email is missing. The items you require are available to you via email to resolve as they are screen shots linked to the failing of a online product. There were two queries that you will note on your recorded call.

Please can you email me with a reference number.

You phoned me on Wednesday/Thursday.
