Missing docs and shoulder Shrugs

I went into the downstairs Cresta Vodacom Store on 22/11/2018 to change my line from Corporate to Private. The entire experience took over 2.5 hours however after this ordeal I was assured that everything was in order and the line was now transferred as at 01/12/2018. On 11/12/2018 I though I'd call Vodacom to make sure the transfer had been completed as I had heard absolutely nothing, only to find out that nothing had been done. I was told to return to the store as the line was "in suspension" now with them, and I couldn't be helped via the call centre unless I Re-submitted all docs again. After over an hour of trying to get someone to answer the phone at the Store, I spoke to the Manager Tammy who assured me she would get to the bottom of everything. She called me back the very same afternoon and assured me she had all of my documents, and would submit the documents for finalization. She also promised to let me know via sms if anything was required. Fast forward a week, and I have received no SMS nor further feedback. The Store line remains unanswered so again I traipsed off to Cresta in person to get answers. Tammy was not in today, 18/12/2018, so I waited for the assistant Manager, Sadly I didn't get her name, for a good 40 minutes. I explained the entire issue to her and was told to "come back tomorrow?!" Understandably my patience had now disappeared out the window so I insisted that they get hold of Tammy if no one else was in the position to assist. The telephonic response from Tammy, (via the assistant manager) was that the documents were lost and I must re-submit everything. This means that my payslips, bank Statements, Original signed Transfer letter and from Company, as well as my ID copy are in the dust!!! Please remember I was assured that these were in Tammy's possession last week! When I asked how this could happen I was met with a shoulder shrug and told maybe Tammy **** to me??????

Either way the result is now that I have been promised a call back from Tammy sometime tomorrow, however it is now up to me to get a new set of docs together and go all the way back to a store that doesn't give a **** about transfer, only new sales as their Target board clearly indicates.

I cannot fathom how documents like this can go missing, and that the general attitude is one of total disinterest. These documents are sensitive enough in their nature that they can be used to commit ***** in my capacity! When I asked how to escalate to Tammy's manager I just got a "dunno"

Hi vodacom, I’m sorry I missed your calls however it would be great if you told me how I could call you back? At this point I have still not heard back from store management as promised by the store and yourselves.
