missing data no answer at call centre
This morning I had 2G of data on my Samsung s5. It required an update of 989.54 MB. I downloaded the update and when checking my balance again I have 100 odd MB left. How does this happen? I tried phone 111 and after holding for ages with no answer , gave up. Where has my data gone,please help
