Missing data, *********** staff

Yesterday morning around 7am I bought 250mb data for R59.

Immediately I receive an sms saying that I only received 55MB data.

Basicly Immediately I phone 111 after discovering I cant send an email with the query.

After struggeling and being cut off about 4 times, I get to state my problem. The lady kept telling me that Ive "been on the internet." Stating that as the reson why my data is missing. SHE DIDNT LISTEN WHEN I TOLD HER NUMEROUS TIMES, THE DATA I RECEIVED FROM THE START WASNT THE CORRECT AMOUNT. I lost my cool as I cant believe the incompetence that Vodacom employs to work with customers.

26 minutes later it still wasnt resolved, transfered to anothet department and cut off again.

At that point I had to switch off my phone to go into the office.

Later the afternoon I rep**** NO to the sms asking If my query was resolved and that someone would phone me within 24hrs.

Well its 24hrs later and I still havent received my data or my call from Vodacom.

You are bout to loose me as a customer as my contract as nearing the end. Its not the first, second or third time struggeling with data problems. Im fedup.

Sort out your nonsense.

Either you refund my airtime or you give my data.
